Im still more intrigued with the Steam cloud thing for the PS3 for portal 2, heard it will include cross platform MP game and possible linked save games between PS3, PC and Mac.

I can't see this working too well on a pad, how was portal 1?

I've finished Portal 1 on both the PC and the 360. It's do-able with a pad, though the time pressured stuff is obviously a little bit trickier, though not prohibitively so. I think I'd struggle to do all the challenge modes, but they can be done judging by people's gamercards, and I struggled with them on PC anyway.
