Problem is that their in london protecting all the rich people, that pay for the political parties. The number of armed reaction police outside of the London and surrounding districts is woefully low, halve the item they have to combine forces to take on suspect targets.

He's not a terrorist though. The SAS aren't going to find him any quicker, they'd be working with the same information.
