its flint what do you expect - they were left to rot along time ago after GM pulled out....still boarded up houses isnt something to cry about...it just means they upped and left due to the closures.
you wanna see a **** hole why dont you google maps rio(brazil) , infact i wouldnt bother, i dont think they would even attempt snapping that place.

When we went to Florida we drove the wrong way in Orlando and there were places like this, proper poverty everywhere was really weird next to Disney etc that there was so much poverty.
