ever had a dream where you've been killed?

Several, normally falling off of tall buildings. Either land softly or wake before I hit the ground. One recently where I was stabbed which wasn't too nice.
 
I've had a few, one that stuck in my mind though was when I had a dream where I was crossing the road and got hit by a car, I saw the car coming but had that thing in your dreams where no matter how hard you try you cant run as fast as you want. It hit me and I lay on the floor reaching out for something as my vision slowly went dark.

Well creeped me out :(

Here's a strange one - I've played gigs virtually every week since 1970 but when I'm on stage in my dreams I never get to perform because everything goes wrong.

That's similar to a recurring dream I've had. UB40 are performing at their school, but for some reason they always leave before the end of the gig :confused:
 
I always dream I die :( I even day dream about dying all the time :(

I also dream about my family being killed in horrible accidents then in my dream I kill myself :(

On the plus side I have just as many dreams about winning the lotto :)
 
Just downloaded an Android app to record my dreams. They are weird and quite vivid most of the time but I can't usually remember them after 1 hour of waking up.
I keep the phone by my bed so when I wake up after one, I'm gonna try and record it.
It'll probably tell me how messed up I am but it should be interesting.

One last night (in a nut shell): I was playing a game of snooker in a sunny harbour with lots of yachts moored up next to jetties but the red balls were all white and were of all different sizes. Then I went to an ATM and it spat out 100's of 20p coins and I spent ages picking them all up. I remember it was a Friday and my watch said 16:38.

Haven't played snooker for years or even been near the coast for a few years!
What does it all mean???
 
I've never had a dream where I die but I've had ones where I see people die. I don't really dwell on them and I never ever have nightmares. Never had one :)
 
Yeah, from what I can remember I was shot and left to bleed on the floor. :(

I've also had a slow mo dream where theres a guy with a knife at the door (which I don't know until its too late) and I let him in. :S

Gives me the goosebumps. Although the majority of my dreams tend to be non-nonsensical.

I've certainly had a few, one was as simple as me walking on the road on a roundabout then I simply got ran over.

However I've had a reoccuring dream at least 3 times in the past over several years where for some reason I'm on a railway line and typically there is a train coming. As soon as I turn to see the train coming my vision gets very blurry and my balance is crazy and I either fall over then get flattened or I step on the electric rail.

No idea why I do since I rarely ride trains and I do find trains fairly interesting. Oh well.
 
I don't think I've died in a dream but I've had a few where I've been playing football badly. Just completely unable to pass the ball or control it, basic stuff. I think it's an anxiety dream that I won't perform when the Saturday match comes around :o
 
I had one, was in like a army unit fighting some opposition think they were more aliens.

Then got caught wounded in the leg and they got me before i could be saved. Just remember being dragged along back to their group as my unit tried to save me but couldn't then one of the aliens shot me square in the head. Then like a flash was just floating in blank dark space for a few mins then woke up. Never had anything like that.

Do get the standard being chased by something dreams though when stressed even though it doesn't seem very quick it is always behind you just up the road ready to get you.

When I was young I dreamt I pulled a cat apart like it was a loaf of bread? :confused:

Oddly now though, I don't really remember my dreams if I'm honest. Though I'm pretty sure they're not nightmares.

have a nuke dream prolly once a year, nuke goes off and i'm on fire then as i wake up the burning feeling turns into a cold kinda shivvering feeling but never die though. i blame the schools in the eighties showing us those nuclear disaster movies, but it's quite exciting :p
 
I have fallen from a great height before in a dream and as I hit the ground I launched myself into the air and crashed down on my bed in reality obviously to give a more realistic landing. Quite scary.
