Casino Bonus "bagging"

I did back in 2005 when it was worth doing, they all have measures in place to not make it worth the effort any more.

And it's usually called Bonus Bragging.

I did the same thing back in 2005, was good money while it lasted, made about £3k in a couple of week as well :)

There are sites that display all the latest bonuses telling you which ones are best.
Can't remember any of them as it was soo long ago, google will help!

For those of us who have only ever gone into a casino to eat free food what's this bonus bagging? I hope it's nothing like tea bagging, that wouldn't be nice.

The general idea is that casinos pay out signup bonuses and you usually had to wager them 5 or so times over before you could widthdraw. Certain games such as blackjack allowed you to play a game with a tiny house edge thus limiting your loss whilst you wager 5x the bonus amount. You just had to play blackjack via a formula and you are pretty much guaranteed not to lose very much. A £500 bonus would become a £450 withdrawal.

I made a significant amount of money when I did this 6-7 years ago. The offers tended to fizzle out back then, is this still possible?

Not really, they have made bets in blackjack only worth half and sometimes a quarter stake, so using the formula doesn't really work any more.

Did it back in 2006.

Made about £800 one summer. It was OK for a student and tax free. Intercasino used to be especially lucrative; £50/£50 monthly bonus, £1000 to bet to withdraw and roulette allowed. So I'd do £100 on a spin of roulette - £50 red, £50 black and hope green didn't come up. 5 minutes work for £50!

Wouldn't bother now. Easier ways for me to make the £50-100 I'd get in return and risk of ruin is too high at 1/2 or 1/4 for BJ.

"you wager 5x the bonus amount"

Those were the days hey, now it's more like a 40x wager requirement to release the bonus.

Sorry OP you have missed the boat on this one.

Still plenty of money to be made doing Matched Betting.

Saying that Victor Chandler were giving betting bonuses during the World Cup with 20 free spins each time on their slots. I cleaned up £400 from this offer alone :)
