Microsoft have released the WW price for Kinect, it does come with Kinext Adventures though.
Kinect is coming to a living room near you later this year! Want to know how much it will cost? We’ve got all the details right here…

Console + Kinect + Kinect Adventures = £249.99

Get all of your controller-free entertainment in one complete package. This includes the all-new Xbox 360 4GB console, the revolutionary Kinect sensor and the Kinect Adventures game. In Kinect Adventures, you’ll get to navigate roaring rapids and mountain-top obstacle courses, and experience numerous other adventures in exotic locations.

Kinect + Kinect Adventures = £129.99

Already got an Xbox 360? This is the package for you! Kinect will work with all versions of Xbox 360, not just the recently released Xbox 360.
Kinect games and more…

More than 15 games are set to be available at launch. Kinect games, including Kinectimals, Kinect Sports and Kinect Joy Ride, will retail for £39.99

And don’t forget, Kinect will also change the way you experience entertainment by putting your favourite movies, TV programmes and music all in one place and letting you control them with a wave of your hand.

Pre-order now!
Starting today, select retailers are taking pre-orders for the Xbox 360 Kinect Console Bundle at £249.99 and the Kinect for Xbox at £129.99.

More information about Kinect for Xbox 360 can be found at http://www.xbox.com/kinect.

Just got a notification for this.

not really pleased with the price, probably going to cave in and get it but it really isn't sensibly priced for what it essentially is (a controller)

between this and Move, I'd rather get Move.

Rip off.

It's ok if you're after a 360 anyway as the bundle is fairly priced. But if you have a fat 360 already it's just a rip off.

I'm going to reserve judgement until we see what games developers plan to support it, what games they'll be releasing and what sort of offers we see nearer to the time of release.

the console + Kinect for £250 wouldn't have been bad if it was the 250GB one. But if it's just the basic "cheapo" then, I'm sorry, but no.

Price on it's own is plain stupid.

Pity, cause I would have paid a reasonable sum. For that amount, I'd just rather get a wii.

Suppose it remains to be seen what support is like, but definitely won't be rushing to get it, whereas I have already pre-order the move controllers for PS3.

The problem with me for kinect is the launch games arent very interesting to me, hopefully by this time next year it will be cheaper and there will be some interesting games.

I think it's too much. None of the games have really jumped out at me. £89.99-£99.99 would have been better. It's almost the cost of the Arcade.

Edit - The new console is a matte finish as well apparently.

I'm confused, i thought there was only one variant of the 360 'slim' and that had a HDD? Is there a variant i haven't heard of or are they continuing to retail the 'fat' 360 too?

But on top of that they also discontinued the fat 360s that didn't have a hard drive so they must be bringing those back?

MY MIND IS BOGGLED

Ill buy a Wii at that price.

EDIT: There is a new 4Gb 360 Slim that will replace the "Arcade" version. Only difference is the 4Gb built in memory instead of HDD and its matte. Personally I think matte is a better look for it instead of the finger print/dust magnet glossy.

This sucks, even at £100 I would be cautious but £130 is much too much for me considering it will probably end up gathering dust with the wii.

Going to be looking at 200 notes for Kinect, Your Shape and EA Sports Active 2.0 which is all I really want it for.
