My grandparents who live next door caught the norovirus (a highly contagious stomach bug) and I got a call asking to avoid them for a while. Seems as though my parents got the message late and now they both have caught the bug and since I live at home with them, it is probably only a matter of time before I catch it too. Heck I probably have it now, my stomach is aching a little.

Use the 6-Step technique

1.Palm to palm.

2.Right palm over left dorsum and left palm over right dorsum.

3.Palm to palm, fingers interlaced.

4.Backs of fingers to opposing palms with fingers interlocked.

5.Rotational rubbing of right thumb clasped in left palm, then vice versa.

My other half is a nurse and is constantly shouting at people who dont fully wash their hands after being near a noro patient, you would be amazed at how many people think alcohol gel kills the virus when it doesnt.
