Got a bit of a theme going tonight but HAD to post this.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment_and_arts/10277283.stm

A former Britain's Got Talent contestant has launched an employment tribunal claim against the show's creator and star Simon Cowell.
Emma Amelia Pearl Czikai, who suffers from cervical spine neuritis, sang on the ITV1 show last year and claims she was discriminated against.
She says producers knew about her condition and made a "fool" out of her. Mr Cowell has declined to comment.
Ms Czikai said her condition causes severe neck pain and headaches.
When it comes to performing, she claimed the sound levels need to be balanced carefully.
"I'm very particular about the bass. I feel it in my neck and if I get that vibration, it aggravates the condition."
Judge for yourself:

Good Lord.

She has a slightly crazed/menacing look in her eyes at certain points in the video. I really hope it doesn't go to court.

Tallentless chancer tbh, they should have invited her back to sing without music, just for the lulz

That woman is more absurd than the woman who wants to sue Google because she faceplanted into a car while navigating :/

Read this in todays paper, the whole thing just makes me very angry.

Hope she gets thrown out of court and made to pay all costs then she should be put down.

I read she was claiming £1.25 million for loss of earnings. How exactly does that work? :|

She believes that if she had a fair audition and gone on to win, then she would have won/earned that amount or thereabouts. I think she had also quite her job prior to the auditions. Incredible isn't it? I mean she has to be straight out of the loony bin.

"It's a beautiful song when you're not singing it"

I nearly fell of my chair when he said that..
