Have you considered (do you already?) moderating the hardware forums differently to places such as GD and the games forums? Generally the hardware forums are much more factual, and people have genuine requests for advice, whereas GD is much more banter-focussed.

All such things are been taken into consideration and people who break rules like hot linking images, or signatures etc. we shall be looking into improved methods of dealing with such offences, its all in hand but will take time. :)

In regards to doing a Skin, well its very time consuming and our technical director has a list longer than his arm, but we shall add it. :)

I believe some of our brands would be suitable for OcUK to sell, I'm of the understanding OcUK have dabbled in the category that our brands come under before.

The rules that are in place are not be change at all. Just that the way the moderation team deal with this will be improved.

The same rules apply to all sections on the OcUK forum.

I don't think DVDBunny was in my time, but from reading around, some people though it was me? All I can say is it was not.

That there is, but at work we're forced to use IE, and well, the OCUK forum colour scheme is rather recognisable, and I dread being caught browsing a major competitor's forum while on my lunchbreak or something ;)
 
Consistency in the moderating would be a welcome change. It appears that one or more mods quickly jump to the defence of let's say certain ex-moderators, yet are nowhere to be seen when the exact same alleged "insult" is posted against a "regular" member. ;)
