Its a D300s, and the MB10 grip however they have asked me to sell my D70 before they buy me the grip (bit short of ££ this month and the grip is £200). Fair enough!
Browsing history : i use firefox and then i use IE for naughty things, and theres no IE icon anywhere on the start menu, desktop items hidden
Glass : just using my current lenses, selling the 70-300 to get a nikon 70-200mm VR1. so 18-70 kit lens and 50mm prime. Also waiting for tokina 11-16mm to come into stock.
So now my kit list reads
D300s - 18-70, 50mm 1.8, 70-300mm, redsnapper 300 tripod and head, nikon bag. I want to replace the bag with a peli case but will have to work out how you cut the foam inserts around your gear and im set.
Not going full frame, when im eventually good enough at shooting cars and people that ill try weddings ill get a D700. Tbh im starting to just go shooting instead of worrying about tech specs, having said that im sure the 51 af points will come in usefull against the 9? of the D90.
