It's from 1standninth clothing ( http://www.1standninth.com/products ), however I believe it's a limited printing (with only 100 being made iirc) and they sold out the same day I pre-ordered mine.
Keep an eye on their website, they might do another lot, but for now they're not even being advertised! No doubt a handful will turn up on eBay?

Yeah so far they only do t-shirts but they're a pretty new company.
I think this one was the first special, but there was talk of them doing more. Nor real time scale on that though!
