Line-up for September contains WIN.
Also, they said that the list is not exhaustive, so it appears that we'll be seeing additional bits throughout the month, like in the US.

Sam and Max + Abe's = Games I was considering buying anyway :)

Nothing stands out there really, certainly no better than what you get from xbox live.

Well I ended up paying about £30 for my PS+ sub and that month alone is saving me about £20, so I'm looking good for the remaining 9 months of my subscription.

All that really jumps out at me is Oddworld & MGS, and have both original copies already.
Still haven't found anything to entice me to join PS+, seems like a waste of money unless you're the kind that spends loads anyway...

Abe is great :) I'be bought it three times before, and is one of my favourite games of all time :)

Edit] Is Warhawk 20% off or 50% off?

I just bought a 12 month sub after seeing this, I have no doubt I'll get my money's worth from it now. Just got to download all the first month's content tonight before the store updates tomorrow.

How long do you keep a game for? Once ive finished a game i dont normally keep it for much longer, so its not much of an issue to me TBH.

Years, if not decades. I still go back to games on SNES from time to time.

I just can't believe people are thinking rent (which is basically what your doing) is the same as given.

I'm slightly tempted now, my thinking being that I can rent / lease a number of ps+ games for however long then purchase them when they are discounted if I really want them - games I either never would have played or games I would have otherwise paid full price on release. I think there is potential for the service to pay for itself under the right conditions. But I agree, renting a game does not equal owning it :)

Other than MGS, there's nowt to tempt me into parting with my dosh jsut yet - keep trying Sony.
