Has it changed since 10 months ago?!?!?

Sent my dead HX520 back in October last year and got a free upgrade to a shiny new HX620. That's lasted a grand total of 10 months and failed to power on today, while taking out the power in the upstairs of my house (flicked a trip switch)

So, am I now going to have spend around another £35 to send it back to The Netherlands? And if I am, what power supply which isn't a corsair do you recomend for:

Gigabyte P55 m-ATX mb
i5 750 @ 3ghz
4gb DDR3
5850 @stock
Blu-ray drive
1x120mm and 1x92mm LED fans

would have thought the 620w would be more than happy to power that lot

The 620W should have been enough yes, and it would seem you have just been unlucky with Corsair. They are generally very very good units, 2 units and 2 failures isn't really a large sample seeing as how they make thousands and the vast majority last a long time.

Just annoying that I'm probably going to have to spend half the cost on a new PSU to send it accross the water again. Have asked if they have a supplier in the UK I can deal with...

Right then, corsair rma says the haven't received it, DHL tracking system says they got it last thursday. How the hell do I contact them about this rma without starting a new one, their system is really confusing!?!?!

Think I may buy that OCZ 600w modular on todays special...

Corsairs RMA site has been a bit odd for me too, it didn't update or anything, but I just received a replacement a couple of days later. Infact just checked and its still sat at not received and this was 2 or 3 weeks ago that i got the replacement.

Haha righto. Infact just went through to do another rma and it says a package has been shipped, so may give them til next week and see what happens!
