To be honest it's been a good summer so far. Today is the first day or proper rain for AGES. Generally it's been lovely and warm and sunny. A few cloudy days, but generally very nice!

@ Bromley here and I'm struggling to think of more than one occassion where it has rained/been bad in the last 2 months. Maybe we just got lucky

Has been better than the last few summers. Is starting to feel like autumn now though. Our summers seem to get earlier every year.

Its not been to bad here in the East, and we had a mega hot Glastonbury this year.

Makes it even worse that you guys have had it good! It's rained almost non stop for weeks here now and when it doesn't rain its been overcast

It hasn't rained for months where we live, everyone's grass is dying

This morning was the first time we've had rain for ages, which is good, because I put grass seed down last month and nothing's happened yet

Up here we have. And that's the bizarre thing - we've not had a dry spell at all. :/

Here in the South-East I would say it has been a particularly good summer, sunny and dry, and fortunately the unbearable heat waves haven't lasted too long. Typically the temperature has been around an entirely comfortable 24-26 degrees. Sure it's raining hard today, but that's good too because my garden desperately needs some watering

As long as its not to hot and humid i'm not fussed, I cant stand that really humid British summer time weather, rather it was cold and grim or like to today, bright and breezy

The worst summer ever has to be 2007.

We had two weeks of decent weather at the end of June and it's been raining the rest of it, so for me it's been great since hayfever hasn't been too bad.
