OcUK Crusade 850W Dual Rail High Efficiency Modular Power Supply

Would this PSU be sufficient enough for SLI Nvidia 470 set up?

Many thanks

£500 worth of Graphics cards and you are trying to save £50 on a PSU?

I'd go for a proper branded make for a SLI build.

Corsair or Be Quiet. Something like that. Maybe even Seasonic if you want among the best.

Don't skimp on a PSU, especially if you're overclocking, I killed a mobo and PSU overloading them, an expensive mistake.

Yes it will be perfectly fine, but just to be sure what is the rest of that system?

Assuming 3 sticks of DDR3, a cpu on par with that setup and a velociraptor your looking at less than 600w draw so assuming you have enough amps on those rails (which you should) you'll be fine

That should be ok. Its not about just the outout, its also about the quality of the output. A quality 500 watt psu is better than a cheap 1000w psu IMHO.

My choice of weapon is the corsair HX750, not cheap but awesome and totally quiet.

Ok so what about this?

Cooler Master GX 750W Power Supply ?

Powerful enough?

it would be better certaintly, althou if you spending a lot on the pc, then u really shouldn't be looking for the cheapest psu u can get.

personally, i would get either a corsair or antec
