About May or June last year I built a new system and got 4GB of OCZ DDR2 for £35... but since then the RAM prices have about tripled... just curious if anyone knows what caused the prices to be so low last year, and to rise again?

Heard of lots of issues with the gold tri channel kits RJC, the only ocz kits ive used have been the platinum and reaper's on s775 and x58, luckily no issues, but the golds do seem to be more problematic.did have the OCZ gold but 2 lots of failures gave up!
