couldn't believe this when i just see it.

there will be a film in October about the founder of facebook Mark Zuckerberg.

he is only 26 and worth a staggering £6.4 billion !
 
Actually, i'm not sure if i can face booking my ticket in advance - had bad experiences in the past.

But that would make Facebook worth ~£25.6 Billion. Which tbh, seems a little high as their revenue was only £514 million last year.




but yeah, I'd like to go and see it.
 
I'm reserving judgment on this film until it's out, because naturally I would have thought it was a load of rubbish.

However, it's directed by David Fincher and he obviously saw something in it for him to Direct, so that's what makes me believe it's not some run of the mill American college drama.
 
Apparantly it is meant to be quite unflattering of Mark and he's not happy.

Might be a good sign that it could be a half decent movie.
 
Why would anyone want to watch a film about this? He creats a programme, gets rich. It aint like aliens are going to invade or anything.
 
If anybody is interested, the film is based on the book "The Accidental Billionaires: The Founding of Facebook" by Ben Mezrich.

I listened to the audiobook and thought it was great. Well worth a listen, or read. :)
