What do you eat for lunch at work?

I normally get a coronation chicken baguette, mango chuckney and extra red onion. £2.50 from the local sandwich shop isnt too bad.

Most days I just bring in left overs from the night before.

I have a sammich and a banana from home. I used to buy but then I realized how much you can spend in one week buying lunch!

Meze almost everyday. Fantastic place just up the road from here with some incredibly friendly guys and brilliantly priced too.

I bring soemthing like chicken or tuna with either rice, cous cous or pasta with some fruit. I eat about 11am and again at 2:30.

Bring my own but failing that there is just too much temptation around Soho/Oxford St so anything from McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, BK, GBK, Nandos, Pizza Express, Jerk Chicken, Curry, Chinese, Italian, Fish and Chips. If I had more money I'd be incredibly fat!

Massive freshly made/cooked chicken and bacon baguette. Or whatever meat I feel like. Sometimes stuffing, sometimes gravy. I loooove the baguette place in Norwich!

today i have had a ham sandwich on white bread, wotsits, a yoghurt and if i am still hungry later i have saved my angel cakes ;)

It's amazing hom much cash you spend on lunches when you add it all up over the week/month. I try to make food at home to bring into work *ahem* or the gf does I should say; you save a small fortune and usually eat better too.
Work out the savings and think what you could spend the cash on instead, I know I do. ;)

I really should make some food at home and bring it in to work, having only the 2 options of either Tesco or a crap local café is quite depressing when I think about it :(.

Whatever is left over from last nights dinner (Staek, Carrot and Parsnip stew in todays case!) or a sandwich and apple/banana/orange made night befoew at home.

I'm currently working a 'festival' for a month so have free food from a choice of burger vans, pasta and pizza, waffle, noodles hat, bagette van, doughnuts, chips and topping, crepes and wedges..
