Reading 2010

Hmmm after last night and the lineup announcement I'm happy not to fork out nearly £200 for the weekend.

Not too bad a lineup this year but I've seen far, far better. Still, hope everyone who goes has an awesome time. It's not JUST music you go for :)
 
Got tickets at midnight. Not a bad line up. Hoping some more good alternative bands will be announced for radio1 stage.
 
So then, who got tickets in the end?

Is everyone happy with the line-up so far? There's only really the Festival Republic and Alternative stages left to be announced, all looks good so far.

Just cannot wait for the Friday night, Lostprophets, Biffy Clyro, Queens of the Stone Age, Guns N' Roses, going to be insane! :D
 
Everyone from my school was like you wanna go oli, im like umm no lol. Most of my m8's got tickets on the net but the others went and lined up in Reading for a few hours to grab them... Stupid prices
Don't like 99% of the people playing there. And i would rather not be there anyway!

Its bad enough going to tesco's down the road on the friday haha
 
Anyone know if its possible to get early birds from anywhere?

The lineup at first didn't really feel that great to me but it has grown on me a lot and Im looking forward to it.
 
I doubt there would be any early bird tickets left now. I got mine for Leeds about a week or two after the normal tickets came out, from one of the smaller record shop sites, and that was pure luck. Usually they sell out quicker than the weekend tickets.

There's always rumours that they sell them on site on the Wednesday, but we tried that last year and had no luck. Ended up camped in the car til 3am. Was fun though. :)

I can't wait. This has easily the best lineup of all the festivals I've been to this year, and there are some genuinely tough clashes for me (Biffy Clyro or Hatebreed? Frank Turner or Crime in Stereo? Serj or Dizzee? Do I miss the end of Rusko to see Blink? Eeeeee). Pretty much the only point there isn't a band I want to see is Sunday night (Friday for you lot), and even then I'll probably just go see Alkaline Trio.

Just over two weeks to go! Woooooooo.
 
Does anyone know if the Leeds/Reading tickets are recorded delivery?

I was hoping they'd come this week, however no one will be in this house next week and it looks like they are likely to come then...
 
Well I just filled out a change of address thing with seetickets...

I hope it all works out :) got a feeling I won't be getting these tickets to the right address still.

You should be ok. I redirected my Latitude tickets through Seetickets, and they came to the new address fine. :)
