Screwed up by Visa, more like. This NEVER works for me. Forgot your password? Sure, just enter your card details and date of birth. And that never works either. Sod em.

Am I alone in this? I imagine so. I await tonnes of "works perfectly for me" glib responses.

Your password is probably to long.
Not sure if it still does, but it use to let you register with a long password and then would not work.

Try no more than 8 characters.

I always forget me password but it resets fine for me. You sure you've not guessed it wrong 3 times and looked it out?

For me it's a useless bit of extra security as if somebody has stolen your card, the only extra detail they need to reset the password is the DOB. Let's face it, how hard is that to find out?

Yeah remove the ability to reset password.
As said I think you need DOB and Postcode. Which isn't hard to get.

It is very simple added security. Just need to make it harder to reset.

Tried using this, this morning.

Result = didn't work for 2 of my debit cards so I whacked it on the credit card where I didn't need a stupid password. Worst system ever.
