I've got to agree, I think the reason there has been so much talk about Pakistan not receiving anywhere near as much money as they would like is due to the issues with the Taliban, terrorism and fears over it's Nuclear weapons.

Secondly, most countries are in enough debt currently as it is, we are already seeing attempts to cut as much as possible in the UK, along with attempts to lower European contributions.

I would never donate a penny - I work hard for my wages and feel I already contribute when the goverment decides to spend millions on them with my tax money. Children in need are still in need too? despite being given millions and millions in cash... whats that all about ?

This forum alone I have red my fair share of people who have tried to help in this situation and come out worse than those originally involved. I cant say I blame people in todays society.

I bet there are lots of cultures around the world that practice what would be considered shocking in our society. Point is, it's A DIFFERENT CULTURE! What is practiced might not be very nice and I'm not saying I beleive they are right but like has already been said - we ourselves used to do some pretty horrific things to criminals in the past. It was part of everyday life and I bet no one batted an eyelid.
