Finance haters gonna hate :-)

I never said there was a massive issue. However, you don't work in the industry and don't really know about things like you claim to.
I was right in my first post in this thread!
Well I do work in the industry  albeit only part time. What don't I really know about that I have claimed to know about?

I agree with Morba, I would be pretty put off if I had a spotty 15 year old in a car showroom trying to get me to part with upwards of £5k.

He's not though is he? He's greeting people and showing them around some cars if the sales people are already busy, he's hardly making the pitch and closing the sale.

You might rather be ignored when you enter a dealership and everyone is busy but I expect most normal people would appreciate it.

That is exactly what I do. As I said before, once it gets past that stage there almost always be someone free.

Interest is no longer front loaded not even by the sub prime lenders.

Pretty sure the FSA made sure that they're weren't allowed to do it anymore.

Chiiives may be 15 (which doesn't automatically mean you know nothing either, I could reel car specs and all sorts off when I was 15, I would memorise car reviews almost word for word even) and may have arguably misrepresented his involvement in the motor industry ...by implication, technically he hasn't lied though. But who cares, at least he is having a crack at something, getting his foot in the door ...although being a Vauxhall door it'll probably fall off before long :p (I can't help it!) ...I will say this for him, he is more proficient in the use of written English and better at wording and executing his points than a lot of people, much older people, are.

A lot of the other 15 year olds are kicking footballs worryingly close to my car, or shouting abuse at each other in the streets, drinking White Lightning in the park and then setting fire to the dog refuse bins etc. Or in the case of one, using half my internet bandwidth to talk to her friends on MSN, upload massive pictures and uncompressed video footage and download music from Itunes  ...and say utterly daft and inane things.

I think the only real reason people are having a jab is because Flukester ran off for the evening.

Nope, noticed chiives was being a fool long before flukester gave up for the night. Some abuse he's posted in this thread and not been reprimanded for.

I think Flukester knew exactly what he was doing, this was evident from the very first post. I feel no sympathy at all. Why he would do this though is another question entirely, all I can think is; either he is insane or he is just winding us up.

I'm still not seeing these quotes of so called "abuse" All you have done throughout your contributions to this thread is basically take the **** out of me for actually doing something positive..

That's a bit rich considering your very first post in the thread was to indirectly call Chiives an idiot.

People in glass houses...

Not rich at all, I openly said it due to his posts.

This phone sucks for long posts and can't be assed with the finger work right now, better things to do with my time than go back through loads of pages.

It's just, no offence, 'childish' speak regarding Chiives. Fair play to him working at such a young age and it certainly isn't hard to speak like he is a driver. After all, he is exposed and listens to people talking about different models of cars.

Everyone has to start somehow and i don't think he means to come across arrogant but more saying what he knows. Admittedly what he knows isn't fully backed up and is more snippets of information gathered from various sources and partly structured to make a point.

If that makes sense. :p

Anyways, finance cars...
