God this company has given me the run around I have been trying to sort out an RMA from the 22nd of July. I have been told to send RMA emails here, there, everywhere!

Anyone else in the same boat?

I now have a dead 8800GTS and there is nothing I can do about it  Wonder if there is anything OCUK can do? The only reason I brought a BFG card was for the 10 year warranty

Yea does't suck as I was kinda saving for a mohair roof but I really love playing on my PC and I have been waiting for 2 weeks already, so I think I might just buy a card which will be a good upgrade.

Now I need to get up to date with all these new cards lol

Nope I got off the phone with them and was told that nothing will be done for new RMAs :(

To be fair to BFG, they had no Fermi stocks and subsequently got stiffed by AMD (linky) trying to keep above water.

Legendary service back in the day.

So what would you all do for a replacement. Spend around £100 and get a 5750/70 which is about the same as a 8800GTS 512 or bump it up to around £200 and buy a 460 1GB or 5850

Oh this is really ****ty :/ I mostly lurk here.. but this really bites the biscuit. I was about to RMA my lan computers graphics card BFG 8800 GTS 512. As its going a little funny. Nothing majorly noticeable but just under-performs.

I can sympathise with the frustration of trying to RMA an item with a company who seems determined to ignore you.

I've been trying to get in contact with Hazro to return my 30" 2560*1600 screen for over six weeks now. No reply to webnotes. No reply to emails. No answer on their phone line. They don't even have an address listed with companies house (they don't even appear). Very frustrating to just be completely ignored, especially considering it would cost me over £1000 to replace the screen with an equivalent item.

... if by any chance anybody knows how to get in contact with Hazro then I'd love to hear about it! (anyone from OcUK still have contact? Gibbo?).
