When i was in New Zealand my mate knocked a few up and had a load of spices in little jiffy bags-no idea what they were but it tasted great.
What was the spice that turned the sauce dark brown????
He also knocked up some lentil thing as a side dish-that was good too but typically i can not get hold of him to ask for instructions
