465Gtx HDMI Issues

Hi All. Just put a nice new 465GTX in my pc here, Install went lovely, looks great on my new monitor as well, However, I was looking to use HDMI. Unfortunately the adapter that NVidia provide, will not fit into the case as there is too much plastic in the way. I would love to use HDMI, wonder if anyone one has any suggestions (I have thought about getting the dremel out to my case)

If you're gonna use a dremel, use it on the adapter itself, it'll be covered in quite a thick layer of that rubbery plastic.

Otherwise, just buy a DVI-HDMI cable off eBay for about £3.
 
Using DVI at the moment, Im wondering if that would defeat the object, Im going to get to town on the adapter, atho I have just seen a mini HDMI lead on a famous auction site.
 
I had a hdmi lead with too much rubbery plastic moulded around the metal connector so i simply trimmed some off with a stanley knife until it would fit. be careful not to take too much off if you do this.
