1 thing a woman must have?

Compromised? Sound's like some sort of mi6 mission.

There not just one thing, but it has to be looks really, if there is no physical attraction what chance does it have as relationship.

Also looks aren't everything, but you can't fap over personality.
 
A couple of months ago I'd have said ambition, but I've come to the realisiation that very ambitious women tend to be the ones who don't want to settle down, are to career driven and dedicate very little time to those around them.

Now I realise the only thing I want from a woman is intelligence, a little street smarts, the ability to pull me back down to earth when I go too far into space and a whole lot of love. I'm happy to have that. Oh, and picks up the phone and does all the complaining for me. I hate complaining. My girlfriend is all of the former so I'm quids in :D

My real answer is a personality. This is a MUST have. It involves a range of traits from intelligence to humour, etc. Their personality must match/compliment mine or it won't work.

There obviously has to be physical attraction or a spark to get a couple together in the first place though.

Sense of humour/personality, and there weren't really in any particular order. Maybe hygiene was the wrong word, just someone who looks after themselves properly.
