Deus Ex
Half Life / Half Life 2
System Shock 2
TIE fighter

Those are the ones that really spring out in my mind. I wasted hundreds of hours on the X-series, and on sins of a solar empire as well.
 
Top 3: Games i kept playing over and over.
-Jedi Knight: Dark Forces 2.
-Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast.
-Far Cry.

Question was "Games all time favourite". Not PC games only :)

But, to be pedantic, you can get Goldeneye:Source which IS a PC game ;)

Far Cry 2 (so shoot me)
Borderlands plus DLCs
Just Cause 2

Been playing computer games since 1983 and most of those are quite new. Strange.
