Coolermaster HAF 912 Plus Case

Nah just mean having to get another 200mm red led fan to replace it as being a bit of a gimp/git (my terminology is at best, a bit odd). If it is the same as the other HAFs and they come with 3 pin then that makes my plans a little bit happier xD wanting to control them with the xilence fan controller so would rather be able to do it straight out of the box than have to replace half the stuff.

From the looks of the VortexReviews youtube vid it does indeed come with 3 Pin + a molex adapter for both the rear and front fans. Can't see if the front fan has a separate power for the LED's though, would presume not.

Nice link. although now im confused as the review says it doesnt come with a top mounted fan but the pictures and description on ocuk says it does. I am ofcouse more inclinded to believe the people selling it but could this be cleared up?

I think this case will have better cable managment as it has holes cut out ready but does this have dust filters without them you end up with build up of dust all the time.

I dont think there will ever be a perfect case.

According to review videos it does have a large dust filter on the front intake, but it'd probably be wise to fit one to the side-intake too.

Front fan comes with just the molex mate

Ah, awesome.

It looked like it had a molex plugged into one of those 3Pin adapters on the front as well as the rear 120mm, great to have clarification straight from the horses mouth

Would still like confirmation as to whether the top fan comes included (as described above) as all the reviews I can see say it only comes with front and rear. Just totting up how much extra its going to cost to make it how I want it xD Already planning to mod a side window and get 3 pin cable for the front fan etc etc

I really like the look of this case. I would go for the 922, but I don't have the space under my desk. I could possibly fit it on top of my desk but the buttons/activity LED's are on the top so :S

As for the top fan, would it make a lot of difference? I have a Arctic cooling freezer pro cooling my CPU, was wondering if a top fan would interfere with the air flow or whatever?

Ah damn. Case is looking less cheap as the days go by and the extras get added. Will most likely bite the bullet at some stage when I can justify that the need equals the cost. My god I sound like a skin flint.

Moving from an antec 300 fully fanned up so the top fan is needed (preferably a 200mm which ocuk dont have

) so I dont lose any of my current cooling.

Edit: Meh could just steal the 2 xilence 120mm from the front of the antec... a dual 3 pin to single 3 pin to control both together.... I think too much too it seems.

Its a pitty we cant take different ideas from each case and put them together in one case but no designer has done that yet.

Coolermaster NL are still waiting on the stock to land.

Based on the stock I have on route for OC, that wont be available until wk 1 October but there may be a handful in before that. OC are getting ALL the stock I have due so just gotta bear with us.

They arent far away!
