It uninstalls all the old driver files, and then installs the new driver, even says so in the release notes.
Not that you need to do that anyways just install over the top.

Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. Clean install resets profiles , that's all it does

Having a border on each side implies the games aren't running at native resolution and nVidia scaling is turned off.

Yeah that used to kind of annoy me too when i used to use vista x64 and ati graphics cards.the 59hz bug got on my nerves.

I don't know what all you guys are on about, nVidia cards never have any problems, they just work.
