London 2012 Olympics volunteer roles open to the public

London is absolutely ghastly at the best of times, the 2012 Olympics will be the worst of times, and there'll be no option to just leave. Plus, why make yourself a target for terrorism?

Considering some of the plans being drawn up for security, I think London will be the safest place in the country during the games.

All volunteers are vetted but even if they do there will be loads of Police about.
