hi all
Since Thursday last week my internet has gone from a solid 5 meg to less then a meg, i rang up BT and they did some tests and they said there was a fault with the line and they needed to call out the engineer to fix it. So today i got a text saying its all done and fixed but it aint!!!!!!!!!! I then ring up BT where i guy from India told me to do some basic troubleshooting and still it hasnt sorted the problem out. ( he was a complete tool.)
I've can browse websites ok but you tube video and other streaming is a nightmare !!!!!!. I get excellent connection and i,ve clean up my laptop so theres no hidden trojans viruses etc but i cannot get any improvement.
Any tips or does it look like its BT side thats letting me down.

Can you go into the router config page and paste in here the line stats, if you know how?
