Sorry to stray away from your car Mark;

if he is going diesel I'd go with the q7, lovely smoker, much nicer than the cayenne imo

For some reason he'd prefer a Q5 to a Q7?! Like I say, he changes his mind every day - his favourite reasoning is "The Q7 is a bit big"...followed the next day by "I quite fancy a look at the Cayenne":confused: (This is also his reasoning for a RRS > Full Fat RR!?! I've learned to just let him get on with it and tell him he's a fool when he is nearer to buying anything)

The whole diesel and Porsche together thing is just enough to bring tears to the eyes.

I personally agree, but he's a Yorkshireman so even on a >£50k car he'd try and save a bit on fuel if he could ;) However he has tried to talk me into getting a TVR as a second car and saying he'd insure it in his name as long as he can drive it - so there's still a bit of petrol left in his veins :D

Loving the outside looks. Not a fan of the inside which looks a bit dull but overall a nice car.

(prefer that grey 911 by a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig margin though :D)

Whilst I think they're ugly, they have amazing road presence and go like stink! So much so I'm really starting to like them now :o

Cool purchase. :)

That looks good, glad shes found something :)

What's going on with the wheels on your old turbo, they look like they came from halfords!!

:o The reasoning my old man has for wanting a Diesel Cayenne, but not a diesel Q7...his logic is somewhat different to the usual man-logic.

See if my waffling makes slightly more sense now with a hangover rather than last night :p

I've re-read it and its still awkward to comprehend, but then so is my world in general, two bottles of wine all to myself, thank god I didn't have to drive to work today I think my breath would ignite in an enclosed space!

I've now re-read it again and it makes perfect sense although its a little frantic and has a mathematics symbol included so its fair enough it confused me!! :p

Yea, no one liked those wheels, but they were on it when i got it, i didnt care they had a brand spanking new set of tyres on, so they werent going anywhere :)

must be a trick of the light, the interior is as nice as any other porsche unless you get a base spec cayman in which case its like being in a corsa!

basically everything you see here apart from the seats, wheel and knob is plastic!

The interior material is half the story though isn't it. I just expect that dashboard layout from a Ford, from a VW, not from a Porsche. Porsche aren't the only ones at it either. Mercedes are at it with their new C Class.

All i can say is they do look better in the flesh, the leather and plastic are of excellent quality, everything fits tightly.

Its a German car with that German minimalistic look about it.

I suppose, and this might just be in my mind, 911's look better inside because you just cant see so much, they are not as light and open as in a cayenne if you get what i mean.

Nice. Although I'd of got a Range Rover personally

yucky car, I had access to one in NYC to get to and from customers out of the city it was an RR sport and the interior was just laughable

I could probably do a better job with some lego!

mind you I did have the revolting vesuvius orange paint so that made me hate it just that little bit more everyday!

Neighbour has a Diesel Cayenne. Nice car tbh.

Aesthetically I can't get to grips with high ride height and skinny tyres but that is just nit picking on what looks like a cracking car.

I can't recall ever seeing a GTS spec one before.
