heh, I missed this. Yeah, I'm training, So I have 6 small meals, rather than 3 set meals. Just works better, or seems to. I never feel hungry put it that way!

Often a curry straight out of the Wok / pan / whatever its called - they serve the meals like it in my local place!

Not from the toilet pan, it soon ends up there though....
