Does anyone eat from the pan?

A plate is for eating from, a pan is for cooking.
Cook it in the pan and serve it on a plate you lazy oik. :p

Peasants eat from the pan.

It takes like 10 seconds to wash the plate by hand and put it on the drainer rack after you eat. Jeez...not exactly difficult.

But more difficult than eating it directly from the pan :D. I demolish a pan of supernoodles in seconds anyway, seems pointless to transfer them to a plate.

It's a simple question.

Do you eat from the pan?

I do, I have 5/6 meals a day and sometimes it's just quicker to gobble down what is in the pan, and it saves on the washing up

I just wondered if anyone else does the same, I'm guessing if its done it's likely to be by single guys and students

No I ain't a scruff. I just eat with my hands!

Always. But not in front of guests.

Less cleaning, food stays warmer. It's a winner!

what if the pan if full of oil? after cooking your steak, sausages, bacon or whatever it is that your cooking, its certainly unhealthy and a fast track to a heart attack.

also do you stick your tomato ketchup on the side of the pan? what if your eating something else that's not been cooked in the pan along with the food, like toast, garlic bread or a salad? do you stick that in the pan too?

Depends. If the other half isn't around and I've only made a single portion of something, then I'll eat straight from the pan without any issues.
