Newborn Baby Orphaned By Car Crash

WTF?

Why is this even news? Why is it even threadworthy?

**** happens and people die everyday.

ITs not random and its not spam.

THIS is random, its not even in this country ffs!

Just some baby on the other side of the world, who will grow up in country with great weather, great beaches and a great standard of living.

Boo ****ing hoo..

I'm presuming your username is also your age, then? :\ Show some respect man. The back button's up there if you cba to post something appropriate. ^^

bummer i guess. But to single 1 story out over 10s of thousands of kids and parents that die everyday from starvation and lack of clean water is the disrespectful bit.

This threads lunacy.

What about all the Romanian orphans? Why not post about them?

No, lets post about a baby who will have a good life and a higher standard of living that most other babies in the world.

Are Australian babies more news worthy than others?

Her parents Justin Schollbach, 42, and Leah James, 33, died instantly when their car veered off the road and hit a street lamp, Sydney's Sunday Telegraph has reported.

What if the driver was drunk? How do we even know they were good/nice people?

Without knowing any of this, who is anyone to judge whether not being bothered by this is disrespectful?

Just because something happens a lot, doesn't make the individual cases sad. Feel free to post a news story about Romanian orphans if you feel so strongly about it, and I'm sure you'll get a fair share of sympathetic people.

Nothing to suggest they were drunk or weren't "nice" people.

There's this little thing called human decency. Perhaps you've heard of it?

I am trying to understand whats so heartrendering about this particular case.

When there is horrific stuff happening to babies/children all over the world. Imagine being born addicted to crack, or even worse, being born in Brixton.

Ah never mind.... Maybe I just dont get it..

Its not nice, but its one hell of a country to be raised in. Lucky baby if you ask me.

how can you not see whats heartrendering when 2 new parents travelling home from seeing their baby get in a car crash and die, and so leaving their new baby without parents.

Thats not tragic? Yes I get there are other sad cases out there, but this is one also.

Obviously as you say, you dont get it. Just dont question other people who do!

That is terrible :(
