New car!

Rust is being sorted in summer along with a few stonechips. I've got some 17" bbs sports waiting for cash or get some LM reps. As I said earlier the headlights are modded with hids so not worth changing:)

Defo do this.

Otherwise, nice looking car you go yourself.

Very nice ride :D.
I wouldn't bother wasting money on new wheels personally, it looks okay anyways. But the 17'' bbs sports do look a bit better.

Don't get why people say e36 328i's are often chaved up, the only chaved up e36 ones I see are 316i's, an occasional 318i... Never seen one with that engine to be really chaved up.

I didnt like the wheels at first, but after i spent 4hours cleaning them they have grown on me. Thanks for the nice comment:)

I'd still change the headlamps from angel eyes to standard. And lose the M3 mirrors - they look far too curved on a car that... well, isn't!

[Edit]I'd also get those bump strips/door handles colour coded! The white BBS wheels look lush tho.[/edit]

The obc is on my list, half the screen doesnt work. I dont see a problem with having an alpina gearknob and wheel in my car? The wheel is smaller, chunkier and feels better than my sport wheel and I like the gearknob.

Have I performed some sort of bmw crime by doing so?

Alpina wheels and gearnobs are standard BMW items with Alpina logos on them. As your car is a Sport it really should have the M branded stuff rather than an Alpina logo, as it's not an Alpina, it's a BMW. It's not as if you gain anything special with an Alpina gearnob and wheel that you cant get from an equivilent BMW one - because the only difference between the Alpina wheel and its BMW equivilent is the badge.

Ah I see your point now. My gear knob was pretty knackered and the alpina wheel is actually a momo wheel. My wheel needed a refinish or change anyway. I got them for a good price I think and personally thing they dont look too out of place.

Update:

Gone back to standard wheel and gearnob
ditched angel eyes
Just got my new wheels and tyres fitted, need to sort some centrecaps/badges
