Hey Guys...

Just a question who here uses a Mouse Pad? I have been using a Steelseries QcK for quite some time now, but i have only just realized that actually my Razor Copperhead works better on just a wood surface?

It feels a lot more responsive now and a whole lot more precise...

Anyone else that does not use a Mouse Pad?

this is a good question, atm im using a old small mat on a wooden desk, and removing the mousemat does seem more responsive and smoother but maybe thats just my desk, i see where you are coming from but for the sake of the bottom of my mouse im going to stick with mouse mat. im also getting a boogie bug tonight cant wait!

Aye use a decent size gigabyte one. Planning on getting a boogie bug. Just find it more comfortable on my hand and less clacky when I have to move the mouse.

See i play games a lot, and i play them Semi Competitive so i rely on my Mouse a lot... What i have noticed is that when using my Qck fast movements like twitch shots just don't work, i have to be a lot more smoother just so that it will actually track my movements... :/

However on the Wood Surface it just goes wherever i go... No matter what speed i move the Mouse... It might just be my Mouse i don't know...

I switch depending on how much accuracy I need. I prefer the precision of the desk but the comfort of the wrist support on the mousepad.

It's probably the mouse needing a lighter surface or something.

I hate the friction with a plain surface, and also a cloth surface is a lot more comfortable to move a mouse on.

i used to play games without a matt and bought a razor goliathus.
Its a lot better with the matt IMO in all ways, twitch shots, comfort, whatever.

I used to just use the desk surface, but it was scraping the bottom of my mouse too much. Now use an ocz behemoth.

My G5 works well without a mouse pad but I am considering getting one anyway because my desk feels like a block of ice in the winter months.
