Now before i get going on this not everybody from Council Estates are bad nasty people, i have a few pals that live on one and they are very decent.

But while round one of my pals tonight, a family from across the road were all ****ed up, blasting music and Fing & blinding at each other top of their voices in front of their kids, basically causing a disturbance.

I said to my mate how do you put up with this **** every weekend, He said they been reported to the council but they don't seem willing to do anything about it.

Now my pal live on his estate for nearly 10 years, he said it was never like this when he moved in, as it was full of decent quiet old people but as they passed on they moved the young underclass chavs in & really made the place ruff as hell now.

He & his wife have been trying to get a move for the past 2 years but these days you now have to swap & nobody willing to do that so he basically stuck.

I feel proper sorry for him as were i live it considered middle class my house it bought & weekend or any other time really it always quiet at night we get none of this trouble, even the kids round my way are decent, i've offered
they come stay at mine until they can get sorted with somewere else to live, but they to proud for any of that.

Why is it that Council's let these kind of people move into area's that once were considered decent, just to spoil it for the decent people that still live there.

Do they not have some sort of screening to see if they are trouble makers.

Personally I think it time they did something, get rid of the underclass scum that spoil it for everybody else, that have to put up with this crap week in week out.

Basically what they should do is put people of probation when they get a council house or flat any anti social behavior within the first 2 years they out no ifs or buts & stick them in a hostel.

I think this was proberly cure nearly all problems with anti social behavior that spoil it for the decent folk that have to put up with this.

there is a thing going on locally here where if you have complaints about you being an ass like this you can't live on the estate, even if you're privately buying.

I have noticed in my village just 4 miles from Wigan town centre and the council areas have become full of louts that dont care, it was bad in summer with the late nights and being able to stay outside all night now its quietened down, they do want they damn will like, shame because the area is nice and has a community spirit, fact is when someone is given a house for free (benefits JSA) their is no reason to treat it like home that you are proud of, because its not yours, its free, everything is taken care of and that cheap bottle of cider is a godsend in their mundane **** existence.
 
Never going to happen, throw them on the streets and see what having a roof and running water and electricity and gas is actually a luxury for millions of people.

Get tough, dont just throw them to another area, lets claim back council homes to people that want to work for a living on low income and have a affordable home.
 
The problem is:

1)If you plonk all the undesirables in one location you just end up with an enclave of trouble.
2)If you try and distribute the troublemakers in with society to try and get them to pick up the habits and manners of those around them you end up with 1 household causing hell for the rest of the community.

So where are you going to put them?
 
And what about all the decent folk that live near the hostel you have just stuck all the troublemakers in ? Do you think they would be happy to have 50+ chavs stuck together.

And please don't think just becuase it's a council estate that it's any different to most privately owned estates these days.

My house is in a private estate & I've lived in it for 12 years - in quite a reasonably expensive area. When I moved in - all the houses were boght by families and it was decent enough. Now out of the 20 or so houses - about 12 of the original occupiers have left - and the house were bought by landlords for renting out.... - most occupied by lazy, obnoxious loudmouths with too many kids.

That what ****es me off the most i have to work my balls off & struggle to pay my mortgage, water, gas, electric ect every month while these that get JSA get everything paid for all they seem to do is breed have more kids = more money for cigs booze and drugs.
 
All council estates are like this. It's called social and economic imbalance. The only feasible solution is for the decent people to move out, give the "socialy under achieving class" an ultimatum of Jaffa cakes and Jeremy Kyle and a 2 bed house or join the rest of the western world!

Would you put the resulting mass killings on pay per view or try to cover them up?

You are talking about killing at least a couple of million people, because they would have course riot when the alternative is a slow death and you would then have to slaughter them or let them bring down civilisation.
 
I wouldn't like to go out for a pint of milk in Cheets64's world, the streets would be filled with people who have no issue with causing harm to others and a desire to exact revenge for being displaced...on anyone or anything that they see fit.

does goverment stop you from finding a private landlord ? i dont get it.

oh you mean this is fictional or hes on the dole getting housing benefits ok then ;).

btw private landlords will even accept people claiming housing benefits since the reccesion
 
I've been keeping an eye on my local housing market lately and I get the impressions that the amount of "NO DSS" clauses have dropped sharply, yet the "NO PETS" or "NO SMOKERS" has remained the same.

So, it's ok to be a doley, but if you smoke or own a pet....you are out of luck!.
