do what Jony27 says, my only concern is the size of the monitor is ideal for a 1gb GTX460.
Drop the motherboard down to this model:

the only thing your losing is Sata 6gb/s and USB 3.
If you are a student in college or university you could get win 7 for 30 pound.
Definitely drop the CPU to a 955 and just up the multi by x1 to make it the same speed as the 965.
The PSU that Stulid suggested would be fine as well.
That should definitely drop the price down by more than 100.
