Bridge Jumper in Birmingham

Seems this is becoming a more frequent event amongst the population of Britain. There have been numerous account's of folk's threating to jump off bridge's and causing disruption to commuter's. The only thing these people are succeding in doing is annoying those of us who are caught up in the delay's. :mad:
 
Haha, always knew that Snobs would find its way into the news somehow. Had always imagined that it would be down to how filthy it is, but there we go.

At 0715 BST a section of Paradise Circus Queensway was closed from Great Charles Street Queensway and the Paradise Forum area round to the Suffolk Street Queensway turn off, which is by Snobs Nightclub.

I thought this thread was about knitware suitable for complicated card games. I am disappointed to say the least and call for an immediate ban for the OP! ;)

I think everyone should go about their business as usual and totally ignor him, like a kid throwing a tantrum in a shop, "just ignor him"
 
He needs to hurry up and die, it took the mick to get home last night if that was his doing.
 
If he really wanted to kill himself he'd have gone somewhere private where he wouldn't be disturbed or stopped to do it. This bloke is looking for attention.
 
Anyone in Birmingham have an air rifle? Find somewhere out of sight and start taking pot shots at his shins.

I rather suspect they've got other things on their mind rather than the inconvience they're causing to you.

I hope this gentleman gets talked down safely and gets the help he needs. Although I am mildly impressed if he's been standing on that railing for 16+ hours, that's a level of balance I don't think I've got.

just another attention seeker.

Had one the other day on the Bus. Was waiting at the stop when this chav and chavet were arguing in the end the chav had enough and left her at the stop when the bus came and wouldn't pay for her.

A few seconds later when the bus pulls off she drops to the floor (Clearly faking) so the bus driver stops gets out and phones for an ambulance. 1 hr later were still there because the bus driver helped her onto the bus while the ambulance came and checked her over.

surprise surprise there was nothing wrong with her in the end so que a bus load of passengers gicing her stick :)
 
His life is more important than your delays. That doesn't mean he has the right to disrupt life for everyone else, but now that he is doing so, that doesn't mean he deserves to die just because you're going to be late. Get over yourselves. Find another route.

its a bit late once you are sat in traffic in an x mile tail back though isnt it?

it happened up north too and i got impacted by the traffic.

and you know what, just because someone is having a bad day, doesnt mean that i want to be a part of that.

as other people have stated there are umpteen other places to go and snuff yourself without causing a huge scene and disrupting people for miles around.
