choking on steak

just had a very very scary moment wile eating my tea.
was tucking into chips, big sirloin, onion rings and peas n carrots when a piece of steak got stuck in my throat. was trying to swallow but it was well and truely stuck.
i didnt panic, and i could still breathe ok.
wifey was hitting my back and after 5mins it went down ( the steak )
very scary moment, and the 2nd time its happened to me
