Who are these guys?

As per question.

I took the photo yesterday outside the Guinness Storehouse yesterday in Dublin (Just got back after an 8 day trip)

Now being the wizened old crone that I am & totally out of touch of the modern Music scene I've not got a clue who they are, but someone one here must do. I'm not the sort of person who asks them either, In my opinion they were visiting the place just like me & ought to be treated as such. However a really fit girl from Guinness was making all sorts of fuss over them, so I figured they were a famous rock band of some kind.

Any idea folks?

Seriously. This is 2010....and the clothes/hairstyles and poses of them would make you think it's 1985.

I can only assume they are filming something for a laugh - or doing a photo shoot related to that era - because if they are serious - then Dublin has real problems (besides the economy)

Whats with the fingerless gloves and the shades ?????
