International terrorism highly likely!!

There's always some threat. Wasn't there a report last week of a high risk of bombs being set off by irish dissidents on the mainland?

We live with a threat of terrorism everyday you just have to keep living your life. You can't live in fear of these threats otherwise you'd never leave the house.
 
Fact is we'll never be 100% safe there will always be the odd incidents... it's better to not worry about it than to turn our country into a big brother state under the pretense than we can stop it, the trouble is the media has people peeing down their leg about it and as mentioned the government trample over our civil liberties under the pretext of protecting us.

The so called terrorists are not doing a very good job really, if they were serious about causing terror then why do they ignore the thousands of events each year with fifty thousand large crowds? if they can pull off 9/11 then such events are childs play to them.

Yeah, that is perplexing. If you had a supply of explosives surely it would be super-easy to rig up a shed load of car bombs and leave them in busy places. If you were fast, careful and organised you (or your 'cell') could cause havoc across the country before being snatched by the plod.

Hopefully something will kick off, then we can flick a switch and turn the middle east into glass and end this nonsense once and for all.

It is kinda hard to get high quality explosives into America/the uk though America cause of all their security changes after 9/11 and what the had previously and the uk because of the pretty vast experience we gained from the ira.

Also abandoned cars at large events draw suspicion.

If we launch nukes everyone else turns us to glass because they can't be sure until it's too late if we've sent them at them.

because you dont need to do this to provoke fear? the fear of as potential strike causes anxiety without actually diminshing your support by acting on that potential.

1 big attack, sit back for years release the odd message about how you are going to target this or the other and dont actually do anything and watch the western world squander millions of pounds and waste so much time and effort - while you yourself use none?
 
Id imagine France is the focus at the moment due to both scares. Although this could have course be to take focus off such other high profile targets, ie UK and German rail system or maybe even a nightclub.
