18-25? Then please fill out my dissertation survey!

Done, but I knew absolutely nothing about the record companies so just guessed which isn't reflective of my opinion and will likely skew your statistics. I think you could do with a pancake option for those questions.

Done, but no idea about the industry questions. Also needs to be a "None" option for the "What would make you buy more music?" rather than just "Other" :p.

I think the fact that we all have no idea about the industry questions is the telling point. Without knowing what his dissertation is about, I'm going to take a stab that it is something regarding what the public think of the music industry and how they would like to "consume" music as a whole. Highlighting that relatively few people know how much money the music industry is making, or even whether it is making money at all could be a point to make :)

Again, this is guesswork ;)

I reckon question 6 ("Were you aware that obtaining music this way breaches copyright laws and has an impact on the music industry and its artists?") should be split into two separate questions:

"Were you aware that obtaining music this way breaches copyright laws?"
and
"Were you aware that it has an impact on the music industry and its artists?"

As the first one is definite fact, but the second one requires proving. E.g. I have answered "No" due to the second half, but I expect you intended the answer from people who are aware of copyright law to say "Yes".

Edit:
In fact, the first half of the question (or the first question if split) should indicate that it is not asking about free to obtain/share music, which of course exists on the services you listed, but isn't any breach of copyright law.
