BURIED************

I thought it was terrible. 1h40m of a guy in a box on his mobile phone.

Saying that i thought Devil was a lot better (5?! people in an elevator).

I don't get how people rate this film so highly on rating sites. It's pretty poor about a 1/4 of it is entertaining but it just fails to deliver anything.

I watched it yesterday - think critics got over excited thats its effectively a film with one actor and one scene. They sometimes forget if the film actually worth watching - I guess it was an experience just not something Id like to repeat...

Its like the Turner Prize of films - mostly pointless...

ps3ud0

I can vouch for CSI having watched every episode to date it remains in my Top TV favourites of all time :D

Exactly my thoughts. The gf was complaining ten minutes in, saying it was just going to be the same thing all the way through, but I was certain there'd be some awesome twist somewhere. Really quite disappointed with it.

So how does he manage to survive in a box for 100 minutes of film? Is there an air line?

Apologies for inviting spoilers, but I'm never going to watch it to find out. :-P

Ah right, so it looks like he's got no chance from the start. Loaded mobile phone, "Saw-esque" challenges... Meh, still not gonna watch it hehe.

I thought it was quite terra-bad, and I was quite excited to go see it....... Trailer doesn't let away too much information, so I was expecting a brilliant tale of how he ended up in the box, who put him there, why, and some sort of epic plot twist.

But you find out why he's in there in about 15 minutes, which takes all the suspense and mystery away. Then it's just another 85 minutes of a man in a box making some very silly choices of who to talk to, and for how long.

Oh yeah, "let's make a massive deal that his phone battery is finite and slowly running out........ But then really surprise the audience by ending the film when the battery still has some charge"!

Massive plot hole there... didn't notice that! Film feels even more of a let down lol.
