I didnt want this to be a "spec me thread" but...

Does anyone know the cheapest to get a holiday at Disneyland Paris for 5 days? I just need to know if anyone knows the cheapest time to go and if anyone has used any reputable companies that sell holidays there.

Thanks i advance

My neighbour went on holiday to Disneyland Paris the summer before last. Two weeks, a dozen people (mostly kids), he somehow managed to spend £20k

And it usually cold and raining (unlike Florida)

And full of French (and Europeans who have no understanding of queues or hygiene and are generally quite ignorant when it comes to waiting and doing stuff ) ;)

If there is fast track - don't expect it to be any faster - because all the French/Portugese/Germans and Polish will have jumped over those railings anyway and brough their 6 mates with them...........:)

Not a bad place though...if you are an adult....just not up to Florida standards sometimes.....

A day would have me wanting to scratch my own eyes out. When you get to Paris hop on a train to Amsterdam, ditch the kids at Anne Frank's House and smoke/poke away that £20k.

I'm going in January for three nights. Girlfriend has REALLY been pestering me to go over the past few months so for her birthday I thought "Why not?".

Cost me just under £600 half board for the two of us. That's flights from Exeter, connections, hotel on the park and food included, as well as return trip.

As for how much it'll cost when i'm there? Ask me in 3 months. :p

Okay taking all that into account...

Does anyone know the cheapest to get a holiday at Disney FLORIDA for a week? I just need to know if anyone knows the cheapest time to go and if anyone has used any reputable companies that sell holidays there.

haha :P

Remind me in 3 months to ask you how it went :D

I'd go Florida anytime.

You will spend twice as much money - but have a holiday that is easily 5 times better.

You can say what you like about Americans - but they know how to have fun / and treat a customer (especially Children) - Most importantly - they are generally not ignorant gits when it comes to getting on a ride or pushing to the front of queues.

Florida for a week? What about the rest of the sweet theme parks!

Haha ive been to Florida before for 3 weeks, you are right in what your saying you need longer than a week to go all the sweet theme parks but i am on a budget :(

I think despite not wanting to i need this changing to a spec me a Florida theme park holiday

Can't afford Florida. Even the Paris trip is stretching it, so much for all that work I did during the summer to earn "savings".

Well, staying at the resort will be expensive in terms of hotels etc. You may want to think about staying in Paris every day and getting the train in as it doesnt take too long. That said, Parisian hotels aren't cheap either but it is certainly worth doing a bit of research. I'm not sure I'd recommend 5 days at Disney Land either, 2-3 days is probably best IMO, after that you'll have seen/done all there is to see/do. In terms of price I think you just book it through the official site and thats pretty much the best price you'll get (I could be wrong on this so please someone correct me if I am). They probably do promotions from time to time so maybe someone else knows better. I would imagine that prices are always quite high but maybe more so during school holidays etc. I went during the winter which I think was slightly cheaper but it was still pretty expensive and relatively busy too. Obviously summertime will be busier but is generally a better time to go due to longer days and the fact it is warm.

TBH i would imagine going to Florida would be similar in price... Air fares would certainly be more expensive but I can imagine most other things to perhaps be slightly cheaper... If you chose to go during the winter I would say Florida would be a better choice as the climate will be much milder.

Hope this helps and I apologise if I have said anything that isnt quite right :)

Don't go there for 5 days! 1 day will do, 2 is plenty. You can't drink there. They will sell you one 500ml lager with a very expensive meal but that's it!
