Well my 360 has just gone kaput for the 2nd time in 12 months.
I had it repaired about a year ago for the red ring (under the 3 year warranty) and now im having to send it off again.
I thought that my warranty had ran out but according to them its still in warranty (shhh dont tell them) until March 2011.
Does anyone know how this new system they have works? Ive booked it in for repair but thats it theres no more info. Last time they told me what part of the UPS site to go to so i could print off some documents and arrange collection. All the status says now is awaiting for collection (which i havnt arranged)
Pretty miffed now as ill have 2+ weeks with no xbox, guess ill have to do some work instead
