Nike Pro

In my case, they stop my legs chafing and seem to reduce muscle soreness the next day. On the hottest day you wouldn't want to wear one, but they will keep you warm in spring/autumn without causing you to overheat or stew in your own juices. :p They also do thicker versions that will keep you warm in winter.

What are you thinking of getting them for?

I don't know if they're still available but the Underarmour stuff is way better than the Nike Pro range imo. I have a couple of their tops that I wear under my football shirt when playing in the winter and they really do help keep me warm on those cold sunday mornings!

It's compression, for the price they're good, but if you're you're willing to pay out a fair bit more, there is better on the market.

I use Nike Pro compression shorts for running, because I'm not so willing to pay out, they do the job alright.

Make sure they're a nice tight fit if you're going to buy them, otherwise it's a completely pointless purchase.

Ill be using them for football and running. One of the reasons for researching these are that my legs chaf when running so its good to know they stop that thanks.

They can stop your balls getting too battered around as well, if you're prone to that :p
