I think the main punishment was receiving the media coverage, having her details discovered, and receiving death threats, etc.

Exactly. The fine is a good enough punishment. There's nothing more that should be done now.

She is obviously a nutcase and is a future risk to other animals. I dont know what more I want but a small fine seems stupid, an apology (largely forced by the media) from a 'challenged' person means nothing to me.

The trouble it stirred up did help in addition to the £250 though, certainly.
