ever woke up with a dead arm because you slept on it?

Sure, I've had this. First time it was rather unsettling. Now it's just a plain nuisance, although amusing as I flop my arm around and rub it trying to get it back to full use.

Yeah had this a few times. I sometimes wake up during the night and smack myself in the face as I didn't know my arm was dead.

I once hit myself in the balls that way.

I woke up and my arm was dead. I try to lift it, and I get as far lifting it over my head before I find out I have next to no control over it. By that time it's too late, and my hand just continues on present trajectory, and I hit myself in the balls.

On the plus side, it felt like someone else was hitting me in the balls.

A month or so ago I was sitting in the garden with my feet on the table. It started to rain very heavily so I sat up to go inside. Unfortunately when I sat up I realised both my legs were dead and they didn't sort themselves out for a good few minutes. It was bucketing down and I just had to sit getting soaked to the bone until I could walk again.

:(

Yeah I've had that, arm feels strangely heavy when you can't lift in!

And a few days ago, I spent a few hours sat in a ridiculous position working. There was a knock at my front door, I jumped up from my seat but both legs refused to work, and fell flat on my face

First experienced this when I was 14. I thought it was "cool" tbh.

Now I do it on purpose... after all... it feels like someone else is "doing it" to you, but only if that someone else feels cold and limp (ooer!).

Think I'd best keep that one to myself in future!

I get this occasionally, its when the feeling starts to return I dread the most, as it bloody kills, coupled with nasty pins and needles :(

My friend was a best man at a wedding, at the wedding rehearsal he got up to hand over the rings he found out that both his legs had gone dead. It looked like he has stepped into a hole. Brilliant

It's even better when you do it to both arms at the same time, woke up and swung around and woke the gf up by hitting her with a floppy arm, lol.

This morning i found my self looking at my floppy arm that had the blood circulation cut off because i had been sleeping on it in a funny way , does anyone else get this and just laugh because you're crippled till it comes around?

Apparently you should try and masturbate using it as it will feel like someone else.

Has anyone ever had it where it feels like your leg is falling off the bed and your leg just jumps as if your trying to stop it falling.

Yes.

I also get this strange feeling of shrinking just before I doze off. There is a medical term for it. And no, I am not talking about my peewee. :D

My leg once fell asleep on a National Express coach, Would have been fine if we werent pulling into my station at the time. I did my best to walk down the coach isle without looking like forest gump

Yes, it's a noted medical thing. Not pathological. Usually occurs just as you're about to fall asleep. There's a reason for it, but I've forgotten what it is.
